LEAD PERSONAL BANKER — Bank of The Plains in Sterling is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Personal Banker. This position will be responsible for coaching and leading the Personal Bankers on customer service skills, transaction handling, new account opening and documentation, and policy and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with effective communication, a commitment to quality and a desire to grow in their career. Full-time hours will be 40 hours per week Monday – Friday and a competitive total compensation package is offered. Three or more years of bank teller and new account experience required.
